目的：探究高血压急症患者采用硝普钠治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年10月收治的37例高血压急症患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组21例给予硝普钠的治疗，对照组16例患者选择乌拉地尔的治疗，观察患者服药后身体出现的变化。结果实验组患者治疗后心率、平均的收缩压和舒张压得到明显好转，实验组不良反应发生率为4.8%，对照组不良反应的发生率为18.8%，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压急症患者采用硝普钠的治疗，起效快，可在段时间内使血压恢复正常，不良反应少，安全性高。
목적：탐구고혈압급증환자채용초보납치료적방법화효과。방법선취2013년3월～2014년10월수치적37례고혈압급증환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조21례급여초보납적치료，대조조16례환자선택오랍지이적치료，관찰환자복약후신체출현적변화。결과실험조환자치료후심솔、평균적수축압화서장압득도명현호전，실험조불량반응발생솔위4.8%，대조조불량반응적발생솔위18.8%，차이현저，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론고혈압급증환자채용초보납적치료，기효쾌，가재단시간내사혈압회복정상，불량반응소，안전성고。
Objective To explore sodium Nitroprusside treatment method and its effect in treatment of acute hypertension.Methods Choose 37 patients of acute hypertension who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 21 patients in study group are given sodium Nitroprusside medication treatment and 16 patients in control group are given Urapidil medication treatment; and then make a comparative study on patients’ physical changes after treatment. ResultsPatients’ heart rate, their systolic as well as diastolic blood pressure have been improved quite well in study group after treatment; besides, side-effect incidence in study group is 4.8%, which is much lower than 18.8% in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of acute hypertension, sodium Nitroprusside medication is quite effective and medically safe to keep patients’ blood pressure be normal in short time but with few side effects, thus, such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.
