目的：观察脑室外联合腰大池引流治疗脑室出血并发脑积水的临床。方法选取76例脑室出血并发脑积水患者，随机分为两组，对照组38例实施持续脑室外引流术，观察组38例实施脑室外引流，术后5 d实施腰大池引流。结果两组脑室引流顺畅时间、第三、四脑室内水肿消除时间、脑脊液恢复正常、颅内感染、死亡率均有明显差异。结论脑室外引流联合腰大池引流治疗脑室出血并发脑积水效果显著。
목적：관찰뇌실외연합요대지인류치료뇌실출혈병발뇌적수적림상。방법선취76례뇌실출혈병발뇌적수환자，수궤분위량조，대조조38례실시지속뇌실외인류술，관찰조38례실시뇌실외인류，술후5 d실시요대지인류。결과량조뇌실인류순창시간、제삼、사뇌실내수종소제시간、뇌척액회복정상、로내감염、사망솔균유명현차이。결론뇌실외인류연합요대지인류치료뇌실출혈병발뇌적수효과현저。
Objective To observe the effect of lateral ventricle combined with lumbar cistern drainage for clinical treatment of acute hydrocephalus in patients with intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods76 cases of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hydrocephalus patients, randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in the control group the implementation of continued external ventricular drainage, the observation group of 38 cases of brain ventricular drainage, postoperative 5D implementation of lumbar cistern drainage.ResultsThe two groups of ventricular drainage is smooth, third time, four time, eliminate indoor edema brain CSF recovery, intracranial infection, mortality rates were signiifcantly different. ConclusionExternal ventricular drainage combined with lumbar signiifcant hemorrhage complicated with hydrocephalus treatment effect of ventricular drainage basin.
