用高温固相法合成了NaBaPO4结构材料.NaBaPO4是一类常用于荧光粉基质的材料,本实验通过X射线衍射、红外光谱吸收和发射率表征了材料的结构特性和红外辐射性能,发现NaBaPO4具有很好的辐射性能,当掺杂Mg2+、Ca2+和Sr2+后,引起NaBaPO4晶体的金属离子和氧离子的键长改变,使分子间振动改变,发射率改变.其中以NaBa0.85 Mg0.15 PO4的红外辐射性能最佳,8~14μm波段的发射率可达0.924.
用高溫固相法閤成瞭NaBaPO4結構材料.NaBaPO4是一類常用于熒光粉基質的材料,本實驗通過X射線衍射、紅外光譜吸收和髮射率錶徵瞭材料的結構特性和紅外輻射性能,髮現NaBaPO4具有很好的輻射性能,噹摻雜Mg2+、Ca2+和Sr2+後,引起NaBaPO4晶體的金屬離子和氧離子的鍵長改變,使分子間振動改變,髮射率改變.其中以NaBa0.85 Mg0.15 PO4的紅外輻射性能最佳,8~14μm波段的髮射率可達0.924.

NaBaPO4 powder with high emissivity is synthesized by solid state reaction .And infrared radi-ation properties of NaBaPO 4 can be examined by XRD patterns , infrared transmittance spectra and infra-red emissivity.NaBaPO4 powder, when doped with Mg2+, Ca2 +and Sr2+, will change the bond strength of metal ions and oxygen ions .It can also change the lattice vibration and increase the infrared emissivi-ty.Among the materials of NaBaPO4, we found that the NaBa0.85Mg0.15PO4 can reach the emissivity as high as 0.924 at the wave range of 8~14 μm.
