在优化的实验条件下,应用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)和电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定饲料中砷和汞,并对两种方法进行比较。AFS法测定饲料中砷和汞的检出限分别为0.062、0.0013 ng/ml,ICP-MS法测定饲料中砷和汞的检出限分别为0.017、0.0015 ng/ml。对12份饲料样品中砷和汞的测定结果进行F检验,结果表明:两种方法不存在显著性差异,标准物质测定结果表明两种方法均具有高准确性和精密度。

ABSTRACT:Under the optimized experiment conditions,the determination of arsenic and mercury in feed by AFS and ICP-MS method were compared.Detection limits for determination of arsenic and mercury in feed by AFS were 0.062 ng/ml and 0.001 3 ng/ml,and those by ICP-MS were 0.017 ng/ml and 0.001 5 ng/ml.F test for arsenic and mercury in 12 feed samples showed that there wasn't significant difference between the two methods,standard material determination results showed that the two methods had high accuracy and precision.
