可控源中子孔隙度随钻测井仪设计之初中子发生器、中子探测器在其自有钻铤上有两种安装方式,分别是放置在钻铤水眼内和偏心放置在钻铤一侧。由于中子发生器、中子探测器所处的位置不同,其周围存在的流体和钻铤屏蔽效果存在差异,从而引起中子计数率、测量灵敏度和孔隙度差别。通过建立仪器模型,运用MC(蒙特卡洛)数值模拟方法,计算了不同结构下仪器的测量结果,为高灵敏度可控源孔隙度测量装置的机械设计提供了理论依据。
可控源中子孔隙度隨鑽測井儀設計之初中子髮生器、中子探測器在其自有鑽鋌上有兩種安裝方式,分彆是放置在鑽鋌水眼內和偏心放置在鑽鋌一側。由于中子髮生器、中子探測器所處的位置不同,其週圍存在的流體和鑽鋌屏蔽效果存在差異,從而引起中子計數率、測量靈敏度和孔隙度差彆。通過建立儀器模型,運用MC(矇特卡洛)數值模擬方法,計算瞭不同結構下儀器的測量結果,為高靈敏度可控源孔隙度測量裝置的機械設計提供瞭理論依據。

There were two mounting means for the neutron tube and detector at the beginning of the development of controllable neutron po-rosity tool, one was to place the tool in the middle of the drill collar and the other was in one side of the drill collar, which left the opposite side for mud diversion. Because the neutron tube and detector were placed in different places, fluid around them and shielding effect of the drill collar were not equal, thus caused differences among neutron count rate, porosity and sensitivity. By establishing the tool model, along with mathematical simulation, we numerically calculated the results under different conditions. It has been verified that mathematical simu-lation can provide theoretical foundation for the mechanical layout of high sensitivity controllable porosity instruments.
