【目的】研究毛郁金(Curcumaaromatica )乙醇提取物降血脂作用,为其综合开发利用提供依据。【方法】通过高脂饲料喂养及脂肪乳剂灌胃,建立高脂血症大鼠模型,连续3周给予毛郁金乙醇提取物进行治疗,设正常组、高脂模型组、辛伐他汀组和毛郁金乙醇提取物高、中、低剂量(生药18 g·kg-1·d-1,12 g·kg-1·d-1,6 g·kg-1·d-1)组,以动物实验研究毛郁金乙醇提取物降血脂的作用。【结果】毛郁金乙醇提取物可降低大鼠血清总胆固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量,并提高血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量,对血清CHOL、LDL-C的降低作用:高>中>低剂量组,中剂量组对降低 TG、升高 HDL-C 含量具有较好作用,毛郁金各给药组均对大鼠血清 LDL-C含量有极显著降低作用。【结论】毛郁金乙醇提取物具有明显的降血脂作用。
【目的】研究毛鬱金(Curcumaaromatica )乙醇提取物降血脂作用,為其綜閤開髮利用提供依據。【方法】通過高脂飼料餵養及脂肪乳劑灌胃,建立高脂血癥大鼠模型,連續3週給予毛鬱金乙醇提取物進行治療,設正常組、高脂模型組、辛伐他汀組和毛鬱金乙醇提取物高、中、低劑量(生藥18 g·kg-1·d-1,12 g·kg-1·d-1,6 g·kg-1·d-1)組,以動物實驗研究毛鬱金乙醇提取物降血脂的作用。【結果】毛鬱金乙醇提取物可降低大鼠血清總膽固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量,併提高血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量,對血清CHOL、LDL-C的降低作用:高>中>低劑量組,中劑量組對降低 TG、升高 HDL-C 含量具有較好作用,毛鬱金各給藥組均對大鼠血清 LDL-C含量有極顯著降低作用。【結論】毛鬱金乙醇提取物具有明顯的降血脂作用。
【목적】연구모욱금(Curcumaaromatica )을순제취물강혈지작용,위기종합개발이용제공의거。【방법】통과고지사료위양급지방유제관위,건립고지혈증대서모형,련속3주급여모욱금을순제취물진행치료,설정상조、고지모형조、신벌타정조화모욱금을순제취물고、중、저제량(생약18 g·kg-1·d-1,12 g·kg-1·d-1,6 g·kg-1·d-1)조,이동물실험연구모욱금을순제취물강혈지적작용。【결과】모욱금을순제취물가강저대서혈청총담고순(CHOL)、삼선감유(TG)화저밀도지단백(LDL-C)적함량,병제고혈청고밀도지단백(HDL-C)함량,대혈청CHOL、LDL-C적강저작용:고>중>저제량조,중제량조대강저 TG、승고 HDL-C 함량구유교호작용,모욱금각급약조균대대서혈청 LDL-C함량유겁현저강저작용。【결론】모욱금을순제취물구유명현적강혈지작용。
Objective]The antihyperliposis function of the ethanol extract from Curcuma aromatica was studied on rats in order to provide the basis for its comprehensive development and utilization.[Methods]High lip-id rat model was prepared by feeding a high-fat diet and gastric perfusion of intralipid,then de-livered with different doses of the ethanol ex-tract from Curcuma aromatica .All experimen-tal rats were divided into 6 groups:A normal control group,a high lipid model group,a posi-tive group(Simvastatin)and three groups of eth-anol extract from Curcuma aromatica with the equivalent weight of 1 8 g crude drug · kg-1 · d-1 ,1 2 g crude drug · kg-1 · d-1 and 6 g crude drug·kg-1 · d-1 ,respectively.[Results]The ethanol extract from Curcuma aromatica could decrease the value of total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride (TG)and the low density lipopro-tein-cholesterol (LDL-C)in the blood of rats,and also increase the value of high density lipo-protein-cholesterol (HDL-C).The CHOL and LDL-C decreasing effects ranked as:high>mid-dle>low dose group.The middle dose group has a better effect on TG decreasing and HDL-C increasing.All the dose groups of Curcuma aromatica have significantly lower levels of LDL-C (P<0.01).[Conclusion]The ethanol extract from Curcuma aromatica shows clear effects on antihyperliposis.
