文中在分析天津港主航道现状的基础上,对其交通组织方式的改进提出一定的建议,并尝试以最小化船舶平均等待时间和最大等待时间为目标函数,以相邻两条船舶进入航道间隔、追越次数等参数为约束条件,建立船舶最优调度数学模型,为天津港船舶调度效率的提升提供理论参考。

Based on analysis of the existing conditions with the main waterway of Tianjin Port, the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the traffic organization methods. It attempts to establish the mathematical model for optimal ship dispatch with minimum average waiting time for ships and maximum waiting time as the target function and taking the parameters of the time interval for the entry of two neighboring ships into the waterway and their frequency of overtaking as the restricting conditions, aiming at providing theoretical reference for enhancing the efficiency of ship dispatch in the Tianjin Port.
