本文在介绍患者安全文化及患者安全文化测评的基础上，对国外护理院的患者安全文化测评量表及测评结果进行综述，以期为国内护理院的患者安全文化测评研究提供参考，并提出应创造积极的护理院患者安全文化，保障患者安全，促进我国护理院的良性发展。

Based on the introduction of the patient safety culture and its assessment, this paper reviewed the assessment scales and assessment outcomes of nursing home patient safety culture in foreign countries. It is aimed to provide some suggestion for our research and expedite the development of our nursing homes by improving patient safety culture and promoting patient safety.
