本文介绍了老年患者家庭照顾者照顾负担的相关概念，从照顾者、被照顾者等角度出发，分析了老年患者家庭照顾者照顾负担的影响因素及对其生活质量的影响，并指出解决老年患者照顾问题应提倡社会、家庭、医护人员等多主体参与，发掘更多的养老资源，缓解照顾负担。

The article introduced the concepts of family caregiver's care burden of the elderly patients, analyzed the inlfuencing factors and the inlfuence on their life quality from the aspects of caregivers, recipient. We should advocate the social, family, health care workers and other main body participation, explore more endowment resources to reduce the caregiver burden.
