In this paper, we briefly described the through-pipe memorized logging technology, and then emphatically introduced the function and the realization method of the instrument. We designed a new type of structure of coil system for the instrument, and adopted frequency mixing tunable emission circuit for the emission circuit, which mostly reduced the instrument power, so that the instrument could meet the small power supply requirement. The hardware circuits were replaced by software and highly integrated with electronic circuits, which had the advantages of high integration, high reliability and advanced software algorithms, etc. The through-pipe memorized induction instrument enhanced the capacity of through-pipe memorized logging instrument, and enriched the technology means of getting formation information.
