目的:探索项目教学在《成人护理》教学中的设计应用,比较项目教学与传统教学法的教学效果。方法:将我院2012级护理5班、6班分为实验班和对照班,实验班采用项目教学,对照班采用传统教学法,比较两班学生在理论成绩、实践操作技能、职业综合素质和学习后内心体验等方面的变化。结果:项目教学能够提高学生的综合能力,实验班学生理论成绩、临床演练评分、学习主动性等方面高于对照班。结论:《成人护理》采用项目教学能够提高学生的学习成绩以及综合能力,激发学习兴趣,值得推广。

목적:탐색항목교학재《성인호리》교학중적설계응용,비교항목교학여전통교학법적교학효과。방법:장아원2012급호리5반、6반분위실험반화대조반,실험반채용항목교학,대조반채용전통교학법,비교량반학생재이론성적、실천조작기능、직업종합소질화학습후내심체험등방면적변화。결과:항목교학능구제고학생적종합능력,실험반학생이론성적、림상연련평분、학습주동성등방면고우대조반。결론:《성인호리》채용항목교학능구제고학생적학습성적이급종합능력,격발학습흥취,치득추엄。
Objective:To explore design and application of project teaching in the Adult Nursing teaching, comparing the effect of project teaching to traditional teaching. Methods:The nursing students of grade 2012 were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group utilized project teaching while the control group used traditional teaching. Then we compared the results based on changes in theoretical grades, practical skills, professional comprehensive quality, and inner experience after learning. Results:Project teaching can improve students' comprehensive ability, the theoretical grades,clinical performance and learning initiative for the experimental group of students were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions:Utilizing project teaching in Adult Nursing can improve student academic performance and overall ability, motivating interests, and should be promoted.
