以贵州省黔东南州惠水高镇镇鲟鱼养殖基地所处涟江河段作为研究对象,分别在养殖基地上游、养殖废水排放河段以及排放口下游设置对照断面、控制断面和削减断面。在3个断面采集水样,并对该河段水质进行评价。结果表明:BOD5、T N和Pb为该河段污染的主要贡献因子,其等权重综合污染指数分别为2.48、1.79、1.05。造成该污染的主要因素是鲟鱼代谢物、残饵和鱼药。建议强化管理、优化饲料成分、适当用药,可对该河段进行生物修复,以进一步控制、改善该河段水质情况。

Taking the Lianjiang reach which is located the sturgeon cultivation base in Huishuigao town of Qi‐andongnan county in Guizhou province as an object of study ,the article respectively sets up cross -section , control section and the reduction section in the upstream of cultivation base ,discharge reach of aquaculture wastewater and downstream of discharge outlet .After collecting samples in the three sections ,the article e‐valuates the water quality of the reach .The results show that BOD5 ,TN and Pb are the major contributing factor to the pollution ,whose equal-weighted comprehensive pollution index is respectively 2 .48 ,1 .79 ,and 1 .05 .T he main factors causing the pollution include the sturgeon's metabolites ,residual feeds and fish pesti‐cides .The article proposes that it is necessary to strengthen management ,optimize feed ingredients ,use ap‐propriate amount of medicines and do a biological repair to the river ,w hich aim to have a further control and improvement of the river's water quality .
