构建反映县域综合发展水平的评价指标体系，运用因子分析法与G IS空间表达技术，对淮海经济区内的县域综合发展水平进行空间分异研究。结果表明：淮海经济区县域综合发展水平总体呈现出不平衡的发展状态，东部地区的发展明显高于西部地区；高水平地区极化特征明显，低水平地区和中低水平地区的分布相对集中，空间分异特征明显。

An index system is constructed ,which can reflect county comprehensive development levels adequately . Then ,by using the factor analysis method and GIS technology ,the spatial analysis on county comprehensive devel‐opment levels in Huaihai Economic Zone is conducted .The results show that the levels of counties overall indicate uneven development of the state ,and the development of the eastern region is significantly higher than that of the western region .Meanwhile ,polarization characteristics of high‐level region is obvious ,and the distribution of low‐level region is relatively concentrated .Overall ,spatial differentiation is apparent .
