文章根据冻土区天然气水合物实验装置流程及其功能,设计了基于组态技术的数据采集与处理系统。系统采用泓格模块和RS-485通讯构建数据采集系统硬件,上位机使用力控组态软件对采集的数据进行实时监控与处理。实验表明该系统能够有效、准确的采集数据并在上位机实时监控各点参数,功能齐全且人机界面友好。

According to the process and function of experiment device of natural gas hydrates in permafrost zones,a data acquisition and pro-cessing system based on configuration technology is designed in this paper. It uses ICP DAS modules and RS-485 communication to build hardware of the data acquisition system,and upper processor uses force control configuration to real-time monitor and process the data. The experiment shows that the system can collect data effectively and accurately and monitor parameters in the upper processor in real-time. It has abundant functions and kind interface.
