A new hill function has been studied in this paper for finding a global solution of the optimization problems ,andthe selection of parameters been also discussed ,which has to a great extent to reduce the possibility that the local minimum point not to beable to jump out of the attracts region and which causes the iteration stop early .This article presents the properties of the function and has also designed a simple algorithm .
