“孔子删《诗》”乃是中国文化史上的一件大事，人们在并无充分根据的情况下，竟然长期对此表示怀疑，甚至完全予以否定，这样的学术趋尚显然值得深思。基于对“古诗三千”与“逸诗”稀少、“《诗》三百”与“季札观乐”、“思无邪”、“孔子删《诗》”的权利以及“孔子删《诗》”史书无载等五个方面的文献参证与综合论证，不难发现“孔子删《诗》”是完全可信的。
“공자산《시》”내시중국문화사상적일건대사，인문재병무충분근거적정황하，경연장기대차표시부의，심지완전여이부정，저양적학술추상현연치득심사。기우대“고시삼천”여“일시”희소、“《시》삼백”여“계찰관악”、“사무사”、“공자산《시》”적권리이급“공자산《시》”사서무재등오개방면적문헌삼증여종합론증，불난발현“공자산《시》”시완전가신적。
It is a great thing in Chinese cultural history that the Book of Songs was selected and edited by Confucius. However, we have long been doubting and even denying it due to the insufficient evidence, which is apparently worthy of academic reflec-tion. On the basis of previous studies, it is proposed in this paper that the Book of Songs was selected and edited by Confucius from the following five aspects: comparison between three thousand ancient poems and few outstanding poems, the Book of Three Hundred Songs and Ji Zha’s enjoying music, the innocence of the Book of Songs, the authority of Confucius selecting po-ems and editing the Book of Songs, and the problem of having no books to record the fact that the Book of Songs was selected and edited by Confucius, which indicates that the statement the Book of Songs was selected and edited by Confucius is totally credible.
