糖尿病是当今社会常见病和多发病，其发病率逐年上升，一经诊断，终身治疗，易使患者产生负面情绪，一定程度上促使抑郁症的发生，而糖尿病患者的抑郁症状又可直接影响患者的血糖调节，二者之间存在一定的相关性。本文主要通过综述糖尿病与抑郁症之间的联系、共同化学基础及其诊疗，为早期识别、早期防治、减少不良事件的发生提供重要的临床意义。

Diabetes mellitus is one kind of common and frequently occurring disease in today's society, with increased morbidity and mortality ,once being diagnosed ,it need to be treated all lifetimes ,So it can easily make patients on negative emotions and lead to depression in one extent .Also, the depression symptoms of diabetes mellitus can impact the quality of life and the regulation of glucose directly .Review describes research in correlation and neurochemical underpinnings of the two disorders between these two diseases and the treatment progress of depression complicated with diabetes to identiifcation the patients of depression in the diabetic population. It provides clinical signiifcance for the prevention and cure, the reduce of diabetic complications and adverse cases.
