高职院校的就业质量是衡量其办学水平的核心指标之一,然而各方面信息却显示高职生的就业质量普遍不高,主要体现为离职率高、对口率低、稳定性差、薪资水平低、发展空间小、学生满意度低。应对“工业4.0”引起的变革,政府要改变就业评价体系,企业要按需用人,营造良好的就业氛围。高职院校要结合“互联网思维”,深化教学改革,创新教育思维,优化人才培养方案,提高育人质量。加快实施就业信息员制度,建立就业指导与服务的长效机制,形成合力,推动高职院校办学水平和就业质量的提高。

The employment quality of students of higher vocational colleges is one of the core indexes measuring school -running level of related colleges,however,the employment quality of higher vocational college students is relatively low,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects,including high turnover rate,low professional matching rate,little stability,low salary,little development space and students′dissatisfaction.To cope with the reform caused by “industrial 4.0”,the government should change the employment evaluation system and enterpri-ses should recruit graduates according to their own needs,which will create a good employment environment.Com-bining “Internet thinking”,higher vocational colleges should deepen teaching reform,innovate educational thoughts,and optimize personnel training programs to improve the quality of education.We need to implement the employment information member system and establish long -term mechanism of employment guidance and service to form a joint force,which will promote higher vocational education level and improve the quality of employment.
