MOOC以势不可挡的趋势席卷全球，结合此时代背景，科技管理人才培养模式也需要开发出新的课程模式和新的学习方式，并需要进一步整合知识资源。本文结合科技管理培训现状和发展趋势，并根据MOOC的特征和优势，探析其对科技管理人才培养的影响。首先在课程体系上，需要建设具有中文特色的科技人才MOOC平台；其次在教育资源上，强调知识的整合与创新；最后在学习方式上，强调课程反馈与学员主体作用的提升。

The MOOC rapidly swept the world, combining the time background, the talent of science and technology management training mode needs to develop more new courses and a new way of learning, and need further integration of knowledge resources. In this paper, in combination with management training status and development trend of science and technology, and based on the characteristics and advantages of MOOC, we analysis of its impact on science and technology management personnel training. First in terms of curriculum system, the scientific and technological personnel MOOC platform construction with Chinese characteristics; Secondly in terms of education resources, with emphasis on knowledge integration and innovation; Finally on the way of learning, emphasizing the course with the new feedback of the student main body role.
