目的:探讨糖尿病患者挤压采血法和自然流血法采集指尖末梢血标本对血糖值的影响。方法92例糖尿病患者为研究对象进行空腹血糖检测,随机分为挤压采血组和自然流血组,各46例。均采用快速血糖仪测出结果,与随即抽取静脉血送实验室生化方法检测的血糖值进行对比,分析两种末梢采血方法与静脉血实验室生化方法测量血糖值的差异。结果挤压采血组血糖仪测量值与实验室生化方法所测量的血糖值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);自然流血组血糖仪测量值与实验室生化方法测量的血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自然流血法血糖仪测得的血糖值更为准确,提示临床操作中,应注意采取正确的采血方法,确保血糖值准确。

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of squeeze blood sampling method and natural bleeding method in collecting finger tip peripheral blood on blood glucose level of diabetes mellitus patients. MethodsThere were 92 diabetes mellitus patients as research subjects received fasting blood glucose detection, and they were randomly divided into squeeze blood sampling group and natural bleeding group, with 46 cases in each group. Both groups received fast blood glucose meter detection, and the results were compared with venous blood detection results by lab biochemical method. Differences of blood glucose levels in the two peripheral blood sampling methods and venous blood biochemical method were analyzed.ResultsThe difference of blood glucose levels between squeeze blood sampling group and lad biochemical method had statistical significance (P<0.05); while the difference between natural bleeding group and lad biochemical method had no statistical significance (P>0.05).ConclusionNatural bleeding method can provide more accuracy in blood glucose level of meter measurement. Clinical implement of correct blood sampling method can guarantee accuracy of blood glucose level.
