Medial plantar artery of hallux%The nutritional blood arteries of the vein%Defects at forefoot
目的 报道(足母)趾胫侧底动脉蒂足内侧缘静脉营养血管皮瓣的临床应用效果.方法 根据跨趾胫侧底动脉与足内侧缘静脉营养血管间吻合关系,以第1跖趾关节近端(2.2±0.7) cm 处的(足母)趾胫侧底动脉穿出点为旋转点,以旋转点与内踝尖之间足内侧缘静脉走向为轴心线,设计(足母)趾胫侧底动脉蒂足内侧缘静脉营养血管皮瓣,转位修复(足母)趾皮肤软组织缺损.结果 临床应用共5例,皮瓣均成活,创面一期愈合,经1~12个月随访,皮瓣质地优良、色泽接近正常,外形美观.结论 (足母)趾胫侧底动脉蒂足内侧缘静脉营养血管皮瓣可转位修复跨趾皮肤软组织缺损.
目的 報道(足母)趾脛側底動脈蒂足內側緣靜脈營養血管皮瓣的臨床應用效果.方法 根據跨趾脛側底動脈與足內側緣靜脈營養血管間吻閤關繫,以第1蹠趾關節近耑(2.2±0.7) cm 處的(足母)趾脛側底動脈穿齣點為鏇轉點,以鏇轉點與內踝尖之間足內側緣靜脈走嚮為軸心線,設計(足母)趾脛側底動脈蒂足內側緣靜脈營養血管皮瓣,轉位脩複(足母)趾皮膚軟組織缺損.結果 臨床應用共5例,皮瓣均成活,創麵一期愈閤,經1~12箇月隨訪,皮瓣質地優良、色澤接近正常,外形美觀.結論 (足母)趾脛側底動脈蒂足內側緣靜脈營養血管皮瓣可轉位脩複跨趾皮膚軟組織缺損.
목적 보도(족모)지경측저동맥체족내측연정맥영양혈관피판적림상응용효과.방법 근거과지경측저동맥여족내측연정맥영양혈관간문합관계,이제1척지관절근단(2.2±0.7) cm 처적(족모)지경측저동맥천출점위선전점,이선전점여내과첨지간족내측연정맥주향위축심선,설계(족모)지경측저동맥체족내측연정맥영양혈관피판,전위수복(족모)지피부연조직결손.결과 림상응용공5례,피판균성활,창면일기유합,경1~12개월수방,피판질지우량、색택접근정상,외형미관.결론 (족모)지경측저동맥체족내측연정맥영양혈관피판가전위수복과지피부연조직결손.
Objective To introduce the clinical application of venous nutrition flap pedicled by medial plantar artery of the hallux on the medical aspect of the foot.Methods Based on the anastomoses between the medial plantar artery of the hallux and the nutritional vein,the flap was designed with the perforator of medial plantar artery adjacent to the first metatarsal bone as the rotation point.The flap axis was along the vein at the medial aspect of the foot between rotation point and medial malleolus.Results 5 cases were treated with primary healing and complete survival flaps.The patients were followed up for 1-12 months with good match of texture and color.Conclusions The venous nutrition flap pedicled by medial plantar artery of the hallux on the medical aspect of the foot can be transpositioned to repair the defect at forefoot.
