为了解杭州市菜地蔬菜重金属含量状况，就杭州市30个主要菜地中5类共55种蔬菜进行了重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd和As的测定与分析。结果表明，叶菜类蔬菜中Cu和Cr含量超标现象明显；茄果类和根茎类蔬菜中Pb超标现象较为严重；少数葱蒜类蔬菜样本存在Cr或Cd含量超标现象；而瓜菜及豆类蔬菜中重金属含量普遍偏低；各类蔬菜中均未发现As含量超标现象。因此，杭州市蔬菜基地的叶菜中Cu、Cr含量及茄果类、根茎类蔬菜中Pb含量的超标问题应予以重点关注。

To get the general situation of heavy metals pollution in the vegetables in Hangzhou ,this paper detects and analyzes the contents of heavy metals as Cu ,Zn ,Pb ,Cr ,Cd and As in the 55 different kinds of vegetables in 30 vegetable bases .The results show that Cu and Cr contents in the leafy vegetables highly exceed the standard ,and the contents of Pb in both solanaceous vegetables and root vegetables highly exceed the criterion ,too .Moreover ,there are also few of allium vegetables exist with their Cr or Cd contents exceeding the standard while the contents of heavy metals are generally low in melons and leguminous vegetables . However , it is not found for As content exceeding the standard in all kinds of vegetables .Therefore ,much more concerns should be given about the problem of exceeding standard for Cu and Cr contents in leafy vegetables as well as Pb contents in both solanaceous vegetables and root vegetables in Hangzhou vegetable bases .
