目的:分析长期有氧运动对肥胖人群血脂调节的影响。方法:按照世界卫生组织(WHO)提供的肥胖标准,在某市某学校中选取30名肥胖大学生,将实验对象随机划分成实验组与对照组,各15名。实验组按照训练方法进行15周的有氧训练,同时在第一次和最后依次运动后立即对静脉血测血脂、血胰岛素、皮质醇等生化指标进行测试,另一组作对照,分别在15周前后对两组受试者的体成分、血脂、胰岛素、瘦素进行测试。结果:经15周有氧训练后,实验组体重、体重指数、体脂百分比、体脂含量均显著下降,(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而取值体重略有增高。实验组血清TG、TC、LDL含量显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL含量显著增加(P<0.05);和对照组相比,血清TG、TC、LDL含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL含量显著升高(P<0.05)。实验组血胰岛素水平显著下降,和对照组相比显著降低(P<0.01);实验组瘦素水平明显下降,和对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:长期有氧运动能够促进脂肪的分解代谢,使得血脂中各成分比例更有利于健康,调节肥胖人群内分泌,有助于减肥与身体健康。

목적:분석장기유양운동대비반인군혈지조절적영향。방법:안조세계위생조직(WHO)제공적비반표준,재모시모학교중선취30명비반대학생,장실험대상수궤화분성실험조여대조조,각15명。실험조안조훈련방법진행15주적유양훈련,동시재제일차화최후의차운동후립즉대정맥혈측혈지、혈이도소、피질순등생화지표진행측시,령일조작대조,분별재15주전후대량조수시자적체성분、혈지、이도소、수소진행측시。결과:경15주유양훈련후,실험조체중、체중지수、체지백분비、체지함량균현저하강,(P<0.05혹P<0.01),현저저우대조조(P<0.05혹P<0.01),이취치체중략유증고。실험조혈청TG、TC、LDL함량현저하강(P<0.05혹P<0.01),HDL함량현저증가(P<0.05);화대조조상비,혈청TG、TC、LDL함량현저강저(P<0.05혹P<0.01),HDL함량현저승고(P<0.05)。실험조혈이도소수평현저하강,화대조조상비현저강저(P<0.01);실험조수소수평명현하강,화대조조상비현저강저(P<0.05)。결론:장기유양운동능구촉진지방적분해대사,사득혈지중각성분비례경유리우건강,조절비반인군내분비,유조우감비여신체건강。
Objective: to analyze the long-term aerobic exercise on obesity blood lipid regulation effects. Methods:according to the world health organization (WHO) provide a standard of obesity, select the 30 obese college students at a school in a city, the subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 15.Experimental group 15 weeks of aerobic training shall be carried out in accordance with the training methods, at the same time in the first and the last order immediately after exercise on venous blood lipid, blood insulin and cortisol biochemical index test, another group of contrast, respectively on two groups after 15 weeks ago the subjects' body composition, blood lipids, insulin and leptin were tested.Results:after 15 weeks of aerobic training, the experimental group weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, body fat content were significantly decline, (P<0.05 or P<0.01), significantly lower than control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and a slightly higher weight value. Experimental group serum TG, TC and LDL levels decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), HDL levels increased significantly (P<0.05);Compared with control group, serum TG, TC and LDL levels decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), HDL levels was significantly elevated (P<0.05).A significant reduction in the experimental group blood insulin levels, compared with the control group significantly reduced (P<0.01);Experimental leptin levels significantly decreased, compared with the control group significantly reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion:long-term aerobic exercise can promote the catabolism of fat, makes the blood lipid of each ingredient ratio is more advantageous to the health and regulate obesity endocrine, help you lose weight and body health.
