本文旨在比较分析 FDI 和内资在江苏发展低碳经济中的作用，并利用 STIRPAT 模型，引入规模效应、结构效应和技术效应，构建碳排放强度影响因素的计量模型。结果表明，FDI、产业结构、内资对降低碳排放强度的作用显著。江苏发展低碳经济的重要途径是积极有效利用外资，促进产业结构调整。
본문지재비교분석 FDI 화내자재강소발전저탄경제중적작용，병이용 STIRPAT 모형，인입규모효응、결구효응화기술효응，구건탄배방강도영향인소적계량모형。결과표명，FDI、산업결구、내자대강저탄배방강도적작용현저。강소발전저탄경제적중요도경시적겁유효이용외자，촉진산업결구조정。
Based on STIRPAT model,this paper constructs a measurement model of influencing factors for carbon emission intensity with size effect,structure effect and technology effect to compare the different effects of FDI and domestic capitals on the low -carbon economic development in Jiangsu.The empirical results show that FDI,in-dustrial structure and domestic capitals have remarkable effects on lowering carbon emission intensity.The develop-ment of low -carbon economy of Jiangsu depends on the adjustment of industrial structure with active,rational and effective use of FDI.
