本文对新型点波形和人字波形的板式换热器单相水的流动换热特性以及制冷剂的冷凝换热性能进行了对比实验研究。新型点波板特殊的流道和换热单元设计使得在同样的压力损失下得到更高的传热系数。对于文中给定的点波板和人字波板结构,单相水的流动换热特性表明,同样的压降下前者比后者换热系数高10%以上。两种板用作冷凝器时,在同样能力下,前者冷凝温度较后者低约0.3℃以上。同时,点波纹板相较人字波板有更大的设计灵活性可以更好地满足用户特性条件的定制化需求。

The heat transfer characteristics of single phase water flow and refrigerant flow condensation inside dimple and herringbone plate heat exchangers are investigated. The results show that the dimple plate has higher heat transfer efficiency under the same pressure loss due to the unique channel and heat transfer cell design. For the given design, the water heat transfer efficiency of the dimple plate is over 10% higher than that of the herringbone plate. For condenser applications, the condensing temperature of the dimple plate is over 0.3 oC lower than that of the herringbone plate with the same capacity. Moreover, the dimple plate can provide more flexible and specified designs to satisfy the customized requirements.
