采用问卷法，以1488名大学生为被试，探讨大学生人格倾向、社会支持、交往焦虑和手机移动互联网娱乐服务偏好的关系。结果表明：大学生在手机移动互联网娱乐服务偏好上存在显著的性别和年级差异；外向性、神经质、社会支持和交往焦虑对手机移动互联网娱乐服务偏好有直接预测作用；外向性通过社会支持和交往焦虑间接地预测手机移动互联网娱乐服务偏好，神经质通过交往焦虑间接预测手机移动互联网娱乐服务偏好。因此，外向性、神经质、社会支持和交往焦虑共同对手机移动互联网娱乐服务偏好产生影响。

This paper explores the relationships among college students personality ,social support ,social anxiety and recreational service preferences of mobile internet by surveying a sample of 1 488 college students through questionnaires . The results show that there are influences of gender and grade on the recreational service preferences of mobile internet . Extraversion ,neuroticism ,social support and social anxiety have direct and positive effects on the recreational service preferences of mobile internet .Extraversion has an indirect influence on predicting the recreational service preferences of mobile internet through social support and social anxiety ,neurotic has an indirect influence on predicting the recreational service preferences of mobile internet through social anxiety .Therefore ,extraversion ,neuroticism ,social support ,and social anxiety common jointly impact the recreational service preferences of mobile internet .
