目的：探讨护理干预对内镜下治疗胃肠道息肉患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法100例胃肠道息肉患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组50例。对照组使用常规健康教育的方法，干预组在此基础上行内镜下治疗术前护理干预。术后对两组的血压、心率、心理、情绪和焦虑进行评分。结果手术前，干预组的心率、血压、焦虑反应发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论护理干预可缓解内镜下治疗胃肠道息肉患者焦虑的情绪，有利于提高内镜下治疗胃肠道息肉患者的依从性。
목적：탐토호리간예대내경하치료위장도식육환자초필정서적영향。방법100례위장도식육환자수궤분위간예조화대조조，매조50례。대조조사용상규건강교육적방법，간예조재차기출상행내경하치료술전호리간예。술후대량조적혈압、심솔、심리、정서화초필진행평분。결과수술전，간예조적심솔、혈압、초필반응발생솔명현우우대조조(P<0.01)。결론호리간예가완해내경하치료위장도식육환자초필적정서，유리우제고내경하치료위장도식육환자적의종성。
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety in gastrointestinal polyposis patients with endoscopic treatment.MethodsA total of 100 gastrointestinal polyposis patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional health education, and the intervention group received additional preoperative nursing intervention for endoscopic treatment. Postoperative blood pressure, heart rate, psychology, emotion and anxiety were graded in the two groups.ResultsThe intervention group had much better heart rate and blood pressure, and incidence of anxiety than the control group before operation(P<0.01).ConclusionNursing intervention can relieve anxiety in gastrointestinal polyposis patients with endoscopic treatment, and it is helpful to improving compliance in these patients.
