目的：探究青少年假性近视治疗分析及护理干预。方法258例(281只眼)青少年假性近视患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各129例。两组均给予0.25%托吡卡胺滴眼液+眼保健操穴位按摩治疗，观察组在此基础上开展优质临床护理干预，观察对比两组患者裸眼视力改善情况。结果观察组裸眼视力临床治疗总有效率为88.4%明显高于对照组的62.8%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对青少年假性近视患者，在药物治疗基础上，采取针对性护理干预措施，可消除致病诱因，有助于缓解消除眼部疲劳，改善视功能，进一步降低真性近视发生率。
목적：탐구청소년가성근시치료분석급호리간예。방법258례(281지안)청소년가성근시환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각129례。량조균급여0.25%탁필잡알적안액+안보건조혈위안마치료，관찰조재차기출상개전우질림상호리간예，관찰대비량조환자라안시력개선정황。결과관찰조라안시력림상치료총유효솔위88.4%명현고우대조조적62.8%，조간비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대청소년가성근시환자，재약물치료기출상，채취침대성호리간예조시，가소제치병유인，유조우완해소제안부피로，개선시공능，진일보강저진성근시발생솔。
ObjectiveTo investigate treatment analysis and nursing intervention of teenage pseudomyopia.MethodsA total of 258 patients (281 eyes) with teenage pseudomyopia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 129 cases in each group. Both groups received 0.25% tropicamide eye drops + acupoint massage by ocular gymnastics, and the observation group received additional high quality clinical nursing intervention. Changes of uncorrected visual acuity were observed in the two groups.ResultsThe observation group had clinical treatment total effective rate of uncorrected visual acuity as 88.4%, which was much higher than 62.8% of the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). ConclusionOn the basis of drug therapy, implement of targeted nursing measures for teenage pseudomyopia can eliminate pathogenic causes, relieve eye fatigue, and improve visual function for further reducing incidence of true myopia.
