目的：对比复杂性肛瘘患者术后创面采用不同换药方式对其疗效的影响，探讨藻酸钙敷料在临床的应用优势。方法148例复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为对照组(73例)与观察组(75例)，对照组术后采用红油膏纱条填塞修复创面，观察组术后采用藻酸钙敷料修复创面，对比两组疗效。结果两组术后疼痛程度观察组明显较对照组轻，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不同创面纵径切口术后渗液时间与创面愈合平均时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藻酸钙敷料作为一种新型切口敷料，临床将其应用于复杂性肛瘘患者术后创面的修复治疗，不仅可有效减轻患者疼痛程度，缩短其渗液时间，而且有利于促进创面的尽快愈合，该法疗效确切，深具临床推广价值。

ObjectiveTo compare the influences be different dressing change methods on curative effect for complex anal fistula patients, and to investigate the clinical application advantage of calcium alginate dressing.MethodsA total of 148 complex anal fistula patients were randomly divided into control group (73 cases) and observation group (75 cases). The control group received postoperative Hongyou ointment ribbon gauze packing for wound repair, and the observation group received calcium alginate dressing for wound repair. Curative effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe observation group had much lower postoperative pain degree than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had shorter postoperative seepage time of longitudinal incision and average wound healing time than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionAs a new type of wound dressing, calcium alginate dressing in clinical application for wound repair of complex anal fistula patients can reduce pain degree and seepage time, and accelerate wound healing. This method provides precisely curative effects, and it contains profound value for clinical promotion.
