以虎掌南星(Rhizoma Pinelliae PedatisECTae),的块茎为试验材料,用不同消毒处理对虎掌南星外植体进行灭菌,并进行愈伤组织及丛生芽产生的初步研究.结果表明:虎掌南星外植体洗刷干净后使用75%乙醇溶液灭菌30s ,后再用01.% HgCl2消毒15min ,每次消毒后用无菌水清洗5遍,每遍3min .这种处理方法污染率较低.无论从平均愈伤组织诱导率还是从愈伤组织的质量上看,虎掌南星愈伤组织在M S上诱导优于B5.

Taking the tuber of tiger palm nanxing (Rhizoma Pinelliae PedatisECTae ,) as test materials ,with different disinfection treat‐ment on tiger palm south star explant for sterilization ,the preliminary study of the multiple shoot clumps is carried out .The experiment is that after washing clean sterilization 30s ,using 75% ethanol solution and then disinfected with 0 1.% HgCl2 ,the tiger palm south star explant is cleaned for 15 minutes ,every time washing 5 times with sterile water after disinfection ,every time 3 minutes .The results of this method of handling show that the pollution rate is low .From the power of the average callus induction rate of callus quality point of view ,tiger palm south star callus induced on MS is better than that of B5 .
