In the process of leading enterprises to school ,occupation colleges should adhere to the construction principle of “common con‐struction ,common management and share” ,take the mode of flexible base hosting ,building nests to attract Phoenix ,borrowing boat to go to sea ,integrating school and production in one and introducing of culture et .to construct productive training base of the combination of engineer‐ing .
