为解决特高压换流变压器在工程建设和故障返修期间大件运输困难的问题,提出了一种适用于±800 kV及以下电压等级换流变压器的模块化设计方案及其现场组装工艺控制要点。通过对模块化方案的技术经济分析,提出了换流变压器模块化方案的应用策略建议。以某工程±800 kV高端换流变压器为例,采用模块化方案后,换流变压器运输单体的运输尺寸明显减小,最大的运输重量为60 t;各部件可采用常规公路运输,对大件运输的要求显著降低,具有显著的技术经济效益。

In order to overcome the difficulty of large transport of UHV converter transformer during project construction and repair pe-riod, this paper proposes a modular design scheme and the main technology points of on-site assembly of converter transformer in ± 800 kV and lower voltage level. With technical and economic analysis, suggestions on the application strategy of the modular scheme are put forward. When the modular scheme is applied to certain ± 800 kV converter transformer, the size of transportation monomer will be reduced to 60 tons of the max transport weight and each component can be transported by the routine highway, which will re-duce obviously the requirement of large tranport and bring remarkable technical and economic benefits.
