目的:观察非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑区硬性渗出对视功能的影响。方法回顾性分析自2010年3月-2011年5月确诊为非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变者共37例71眼,根据黄斑区6mm硬性渗出累及象限范围分为5组、按渗出的程度分为4级,并分析其与视力、视野的关系。结果黄斑区硬性渗出范围:A组(0象限)、B组(1个象限)、C组(2象限)、D组(3个象限)、E组(4个象限)视力分别是0.83±0.22、0.31±0.24、0.20±0.24、0.17±0.12、0.12±0.13,方差分析差异有统计学意义(F=17.62,P=0.00);视野平均缺损分别为-1.73±1.71、-7.39±4.21、-8.82±6.10、-10.03±3.47、-10.99±2.52,方差分析差异有统计学意义(F=5.79,P=0.00)。黄斑区硬性渗出程度1级、2级、3级、4级组视力分别为0.80±0.23、0.33±0.25、0.15±0.14、0.06±0.03,方差分析差异有统计学意义(F=32.19,P=0.00);视野平均缺损分别为-2.14±2.01、-7.82±3.68、-9.90±2.57、-10.49±8.08,方差分析差异有统计学意义(F=7.57,P=0.00)。结论黄斑区硬性渗出的程度和范围明显影响视力和视野。

Objective To evaluate the influences of hard exudates on macular function of patients with nonproliferative diabet-ic retinopathy. Methods Thirty seven diabetic patients(71 eyes) who were diagnosed as nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy from March 2010 to May 2012 were enrolled for the study. 71 eyes were divided into five groups according to exudates involvement quadrants and four groups were used to estimate the levels of exudates,in order to analyze the relationship between exudates and the visual function. Results Exudates within macula involvement quadrants:The best visual acuities of A,B,C and D group are 0. 83±0.22,0.31±0.24,0.20±0.24,0.17±0.12,0.12±0.13 respectively, they were statistical significantly (F=17.62,P=0.00);The visual field Mean Deviation of A,B,C and D group is -1.73 ±1.71,-7.39 ±4.21,-8.82 ±6.10,-10.03 ±3.47,-10.99 ±2.52 respectively. There was a significantly difference betweet them (F=5.79,P=0.00). The levels of exudates within macula:The best visual acuities of 1,2,3 and 4 group are 0.80±0.23,0.33±0.25,0.15±0.14,0.06±0.03 respectively,they were statistical significantly(F=32.19,P=0. 00);The visual field Mean Deviation of 1,2,3 and 4 group are -2.14±2.01,-7.82±3.68,-9.90±2.57,-10.49±8.08,respectively. they were significant decrease (F=7.57,P=0.00). Conclusion The involving quadrants and the levels of exudates within macular lutea do have effection s on visual acuity and visual field.
