目的:测量河南地区正常牙合人群腭侧骨组织的垂直向厚度,寻找腭侧适宜进行微螺钉种植体的植入部位,为腭侧种植体支抗植入和舌侧矫治提供便利。方法选取河南地区正常牙合成年人52例,其中女15例,男37例,采用256层螺旋 CT(Philips Brilliance iBT)对标本颅颌面部进行扫描,采集并测量腭部骨组织的垂直厚度,采用 SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果①腭部37个虚拟种植体植入部位的平均骨厚度最大的部位为:P0+D2,平均值为:(18.7±3.0)mm;平均骨厚度最小部位为:P5+D2,平均值为:(2.8±1.1)mm。其中,过切牙孔的冠状平面上4个位点其平均骨厚度均大于15 mm。②当植入长度为8 mm 微螺钉种植体时,合计可植入率较高的10个种植部位为:P0-D2, P0-D1,P0+D1,P0+D2,P1-D2,P1-D1,P1D0,P1+D2,P2-D3,P2+D3,可植入率最高为:100.0%,最低为:63.5%。其中,过切牙孔的冠状平面上4个位点 P0-D2,P0-D1,P0+D1,P0+D2,其种植体可植入率均为100.0%。结论①距切牙孔5 mm 的区域之内,成人腭部骨组织适宜植入8 mm 种植体。②256层 CT 影像学检查有助于腭侧骨组织的测量评估和种植体的安全植入。

목적:측량하남지구정상아합인군악측골조직적수직향후도,심조악측괄의진행미라정충식체적식입부위,위악측충식체지항식입화설측교치제공편리。방법선취하남지구정상아합성년인52례,기중녀15례,남37례,채용256층라선 CT(Philips Brilliance iBT)대표본로합면부진행소묘,채집병측량악부골조직적수직후도,채용 SPSS 17.0통계연건진행통계학분석。결과①악부37개허의충식체식입부위적평균골후도최대적부위위:P0+D2,평균치위:(18.7±3.0)mm;평균골후도최소부위위:P5+D2,평균치위:(2.8±1.1)mm。기중,과절아공적관상평면상4개위점기평균골후도균대우15 mm。②당식입장도위8 mm 미라정충식체시,합계가식입솔교고적10개충식부위위:P0-D2, P0-D1,P0+D1,P0+D2,P1-D2,P1-D1,P1D0,P1+D2,P2-D3,P2+D3,가식입솔최고위:100.0%,최저위:63.5%。기중,과절아공적관상평면상4개위점 P0-D2,P0-D1,P0+D1,P0+D2,기충식체가식입솔균위100.0%。결론①거절아공5 mm 적구역지내,성인악부골조직괄의식입8 mm 충식체。②256층 CT 영상학검사유조우악측골조직적측량평고화충식체적안전식입。
Objective To measure the vertical thickness of the palatal bone of people who have individual normal occlusion in Henan Province,look for the suitable site for palatal micro screw implant so as to provide conveniences for anchorage implant and lingual orthodontics.Methods A total of 52 cases were selected,including 15 adult female and 37 adult males.256 spiral CT (Philips Brilliance iBT)was used to scan the specimen cranio maxillofacial region,The vertical thicknesses of the palate bone tissue were measured and collected.The data was applied with software SPSS 17.0.Results ①Average bone thickness of 37 palate virtual location of implants:the maximum bone thickness part was P0 +D2,where the average bone thickness was(18.7 ± 3.0)mm;the minimum bone thickness part was P5 +D2,where the average bone thickness was(2.8 ±1.1)mm.The average thickness of the bone of the four location on the coronal plane where the incisor foramen lay on were all greater than 15 mm.②When using the 8 mm micro -implant,the best 10 suitable places were P0 -D2,P0 -D1,P0 +D1,P0 +D2,P1 -D2,P1 -D1,P1D0,P1 +D2,P2 -D3,P2 +D3.The highest implant rate was 100%,the lowest implant rate was 63.5%.The implant rates of the four location on the coronal plane where the incisor foramen lay on:P0 -D2,P0 -D1,P0 +D1,P0 +D2 were all 100%.Conclusion ①It was suitable for adult implantation in palatal area within 5 mm behind the incisor foramen.②256 CT could contribute to the implantation of palatal implant.
