目的:研究食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)组织中缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia inducible factor -1α,HIF -1α)、血管内皮生长因子-C (vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF -C)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测116例 ESCC 及20例癌旁组织组织中 HIF -1α、VEGF -C 蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果HIF -1α与 VEGF -C 在 ESCC 组织中的阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P <0.05)。HIF -1α蛋白的阳性表达与 T 分期相关(P <0.05)。VEGF -C 与分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P <0.05)。HIF -1α与 VEGF -C 蛋白表达之间存在着显著的正相关关系(r =0.331,P =0.000)。结论HIF -1α、VEGF -C 蛋白在 ESCC 组织中高表达,可能在 ESCC 发生发展中有重要作用。VEGF -C 表达与淋巴结转移有关,可作为预测 ESCC 预后的重要指标。

목적:연구식관린상세포암(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)조직중결양유도인자(hypoxia inducible factor -1α,HIF -1α)、혈관내피생장인자-C (vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF -C)적표체급기여림상병리특정적관계。방법채용면역조직화학(SP)법검측116례 ESCC 급20례암방조직조직중 HIF -1α、VEGF -C 단백적표체,병분석기여림상병리특정적관계。결과HIF -1α여 VEGF -C 재 ESCC 조직중적양성표체솔균고우암방조직(P <0.05)。HIF -1α단백적양성표체여 T 분기상관(P <0.05)。VEGF -C 여분화정도、림파결전이상관(P <0.05)。HIF -1α여 VEGF -C 단백표체지간존재착현저적정상관관계(r =0.331,P =0.000)。결론HIF -1α、VEGF -C 단백재 ESCC 조직중고표체,가능재 ESCC 발생발전중유중요작용。VEGF -C 표체여림파결전이유관,가작위예측 ESCC 예후적중요지표。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia -inducible factor -1α(HIF -1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor -c(VEGF -C)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)tissues and the correlation with the clinicopatholog-ical features.Methods The expression of HIF -1αand VEGF -C in 106 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of adjacent esophageal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the correlation with clinicopath-ological features were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of HIF -1αand VEGF -C were higher than adjacent e-sophageal mucosa(P <0.05 ).The expression of HIF -1αwas correlated with T stage (P <0.05 ),and the expression of VEGF -C was correlated with differentiation and lymph metastasis (P <0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation be-tween HIF -1αand VEGF -C protein expression(r =0.331,P =0.000).Conclusion The expression levels of HIF -1αand VEGF -C were higher,and they may play important roles in the development and progression of ESCC.The expression of VEGF -C was correlated with lymph metastasis,and it may be used as an important index to predict the prognosis of ESCC.
