文化资产作为一个历史演变进程中遗留下来的资源，在我国台湾地区推行社区总体营造运动下，被作为一种社区资源，重新被挖掘开发并利用发展。很多以活态的形式一直贯穿于人们的生产生活方式中的文化资产，在社区营造中带动了经济效益，为维持社造的发展起到了积极的作用。文化资产与社区总体营造，在良性循环中相互依存，并使得文化资产在社造运动中得以很好的传承与保护。

Cultural assets as the legacy resources inherited in the process of historical evolution are re-ex-cavated and used as a community resource for development under the strategy of carrying out the construction of the whole community in Taiwan.Many cultural assets,in the form of a living state,have been applied throughout the people’s production and life,which has stimulated the economic efficiency in the construction of the whole community,and played a positive role in the maintenance of the development of community construction.Cultur-al assets and the construction of the whole community co-exist in a virtuous cycle of interdependence,and cul-tural assets are inherited and protected well in the community construction movement.
