师资队伍建设水平直接决定着一所高校的办学质量。当前高职院校面临着师资队伍结构不合理、管理体制不完善、教师在职培训不足等不利于师资队伍建设的现实困局，需要从结构、管理、培训、环境四个方向实现突围，开辟出一条能培养更多优秀教师的伍建设之路。
師資隊伍建設水平直接決定著一所高校的辦學質量。噹前高職院校麵臨著師資隊伍結構不閤理、管理體製不完善、教師在職培訓不足等不利于師資隊伍建設的現實睏跼，需要從結構、管理、培訓、環境四箇方嚮實現突圍，開闢齣一條能培養更多優秀教師的伍建設之路。

T he teaching staff level directly determines the quality of a university school .T he current vocational colleges facing the following problems ,faculty irrational structure ,imperfect management system ,and inadequate teacher training ,w hich are real dilemmas for the teaching staff building .A Breakthrough can be realized in four di-rections from the structure ,management ,training to environment ,and an excellent teaching staff team can be built by offering more opportunities to the teachers .
