研究了阴地蕨提取物对运动训练大鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:运动加药组大鼠力竭运动后肾脏组织的T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性和GSH含量均显著高于运动组,而MDA含量显著低于运动组。说明阴地蕨提取物在运动训练大鼠肾脏组织中具有消除自由基及抗氧化的功效。
研究瞭陰地蕨提取物對運動訓練大鼠腎髒抗氧化能力的影響。結果錶明:運動加藥組大鼠力竭運動後腎髒組織的T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性和GSH含量均顯著高于運動組,而MDA含量顯著低于運動組。說明陰地蕨提取物在運動訓練大鼠腎髒組織中具有消除自由基及抗氧化的功效。
연구료음지궐제취물대운동훈련대서신장항양화능력적영향。결과표명:운동가약조대서력갈운동후신장조직적T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px활성화GSH함량균현저고우운동조,이MDA함량현저저우운동조。설명음지궐제취물재운동훈련대서신장조직중구유소제자유기급항양화적공효。
The influence of Sceptre idium ternatum extract on the antioxidative capacity of kidney of sports-training rat was stud-ied.The results indicated that the activities of T -AOC, SOD, CAT and GSH-Px, as well as the content of GSH in the kidney tissue of exhaustedly-sported rat in the sports-training plus Scepteridium ternatum extract group were significantly higher than those in the sports-training group, while the MDA content was the opposite.The above results suggested that the extract of Scepteridium ternta um had the functions of eliminating free radicals and resisting oxidation in the kidney tissue of sports-training rat.
