文章通过对以美国为代表的集中型监管模式、以英国为代表的自律型监管模式和以德国为代表的折中型监管模式特点的研究，并将此三种证券监管模式与我国的监管模式进行比较，得出我国证券监管机制的优势和不足。建议我国借鉴吸收成熟的证券市场监管经验，选择集中监管与自律监管有机结合的中间型监管模式，优化和完善我国证券市场监管机制。

Based on the study of the features of the centralized supervision mode represented by the United States,the self supervision mode represented the United Kingdom and the compromise-oriented supervision mode represented by Germany , the paper makes a comparison of these three types of supervision modes and China’s supervision mode in order to reflect strengths and weaknesses of China’s securities supervision mechanism. The paper suggests that China should draw on the ex?perience of mature securities market supervision, select the intermediate supervision mode with the combination of central?ized supervision and self supervision,and optimize and perfect China’s securities market supervision mechanism.
