目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea－hypopnea syndrome， OSAHS）患者呼吸暂停低通气指数（apnea hypopnea index， AHI）与贝克抑郁评分（Beck Depression Inventory－II，BDI－II）、贝克焦虑评分（Beck Anxiety Inventory，BAI）之间的关系。方法对63例 OSAHS 患者进行抑郁、焦虑症状评分，同时对临床资料、多导睡眠监测（polysomnography，PSG）结果进行分析。结果男性 AHI5．6～72（48．6±24．6），女性5～64．8（43．3±26．1），男性 AHI 高于女性，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。44．4％患者伴随精神症状。 AHI 与 BDI（r ＝0．24，P＝0．73）、BAI（r ＝0．09，P ＝0．45）均无显著关联。结论 OSAHS 患者抑郁焦虑症状非常显著，但是未发现 OSAHS严重程度与精神症状之间有相关性。
목적：탐토조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정（obstructive sleep apnea－hypopnea syndrome， OSAHS）환자호흡잠정저통기지수（apnea hypopnea index， AHI）여패극억욱평분（Beck Depression Inventory－II，BDI－II）、패극초필평분（Beck Anxiety Inventory，BAI）지간적관계。방법대63례 OSAHS 환자진행억욱、초필증상평분，동시대림상자료、다도수면감측（polysomnography，PSG）결과진행분석。결과남성 AHI5．6～72（48．6±24．6），녀성5～64．8（43．3±26．1），남성 AHI 고우녀성，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。44．4％환자반수정신증상。 AHI 여 BDI（r ＝0．24，P＝0．73）、BAI（r ＝0．09，P ＝0．45）균무현저관련。결론 OSAHS 환자억욱초필증상비상현저，단시미발현 OSAHS엄중정도여정신증상지간유상관성。
Objective To determine the correlation of apnea -hyponea index(AHI) to depression (as scored with Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)) and anxiety (as scored with Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) ) in patients of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) .Method 63 OSAHS patients were chosen as the subjects of study.They were then evaluated with BDI-II and BAI.The patients’clinical data and polysomnography (PSG)data were obtained and analyzed. Findings AHI was higher in males than in females.44.4% patients were found to experience depression or anxiety. However, no significant correlation was found between AHI and BDI or BAI.Conclusion Patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome suffered obvious depressive and anxious symptoms.However, a strong link between OSAHS severity and psychological symptoms was not identified in the study.
