目的:探讨3.0T 磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)诊断颅内动脉开窗畸形的临床应用价值,了解颅内动脉开窗畸形 MRA 表现、好发部位以及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年4月—2013年12月共42例颅内动脉开窗畸形患者的影像学特点、畸形好发部位、类型及其合并其它颅内血管性病变。结果42例颅内动脉开窗畸形患者中,单发33例,多发9例,共计51处。42例中合并其它颅内血管性病变者38例(38/42),达90.5%,双侧动脉对比一侧优势者22例,伴 AVM1例,永存三叉动脉2例,大脑前动脉 A1段缺失9例,血管狭窄4例。结论3.0T 磁共振 MRA 能清楚显示颅内动脉开窗畸形的位置、形态及合并颅内其它血管病变,是诊断颅内动脉开窗畸形首选、有效、无创的影像检查方法。
目的:探討3.0T 磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)診斷顱內動脈開窗畸形的臨床應用價值,瞭解顱內動脈開窗畸形 MRA 錶現、好髮部位以及臨床應用價值。方法迴顧性分析2012年4月—2013年12月共42例顱內動脈開窗畸形患者的影像學特點、畸形好髮部位、類型及其閤併其它顱內血管性病變。結果42例顱內動脈開窗畸形患者中,單髮33例,多髮9例,共計51處。42例中閤併其它顱內血管性病變者38例(38/42),達90.5%,雙側動脈對比一側優勢者22例,伴 AVM1例,永存三扠動脈2例,大腦前動脈 A1段缺失9例,血管狹窄4例。結論3.0T 磁共振 MRA 能清楚顯示顱內動脈開窗畸形的位置、形態及閤併顱內其它血管病變,是診斷顱內動脈開窗畸形首選、有效、無創的影像檢查方法。
목적:탐토3.0T 자공진혈관성상(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)진단로내동맥개창기형적림상응용개치,료해로내동맥개창기형 MRA 표현、호발부위이급림상응용개치。방법회고성분석2012년4월—2013년12월공42례로내동맥개창기형환자적영상학특점、기형호발부위、류형급기합병기타로내혈관성병변。결과42례로내동맥개창기형환자중,단발33례,다발9례,공계51처。42례중합병기타로내혈관성병변자38례(38/42),체90.5%,쌍측동맥대비일측우세자22례,반 AVM1례,영존삼차동맥2례,대뇌전동맥 A1단결실9례,혈관협착4례。결론3.0T 자공진 MRA 능청초현시로내동맥개창기형적위치、형태급합병로내기타혈관병변,시진단로내동맥개창기형수선、유효、무창적영상검사방법。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of 3.0T magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in the diagnosing‘into the window’ deformity in the intracranial arteries, understanding the features of the deformity, locating the predilection sites, and determining the value of clinical application of the technology.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted into 42 cases of intracranial arteries into window deformity admitted to the hospital from April 2012 to December 2013.The features of the images, the deformity predilection sites, and the types of deformity as well as its derivative intracranial vascular lesions were examined.Findings Of the 42 cases of intracranial arteries window deformity patients, 33 cases were of single occurrence.9 cases were of multiple occurrence.A total of 51 sites were found.38 of 42 (90.5%) patients had derivative vascular lesions, 22 cases of contrast side of the advantages of bilateral artery, 1 case with AVM 1, 2 cases of trigeminal artery, 9 cases of A1 segment of anterior cerebral artery deletion, and 4 cases of vascular stenosis. Concluson 3.0 T MRA can clearly show the intracranial arteries window deformity position, morphology and other intracranial vascular lesions.It can serve as a desirable technology for the diagnosis of intracranial into windows deformity.
