目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的关系及其临床意义。方法40例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者设为实验组,选择同期入院的40例2型糖尿病无冠心病患者设为对照组,患者入院后对其同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2等指标进行检测,分析同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与2型糖尿病合并冠心病之间的关系。结果实验组同型半胱氨酸水平为(18.05±9.21)μmol/L、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2指标为(90.64±7.74)ng/ml,均高于对照组(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,结果显示:同型半胱氨酸及脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2是2型糖尿病合并冠心病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2能够作为糖尿病合并冠心病的独立危险因素之一,对于预测糖尿病患者发生冠心病具有一定的价值,值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation and clinical significance of homocysteine, lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.MethodsThere were 40 type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease patients as experimental group, and another 40 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the same admission period without coronary heart disease as control group. Their homocysteine and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 were detected for correlation analysis of homocysteine, lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.ResultsThe experimental group had homocysteine level as (18.05±9.21)μmol/L, and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 level as (90.64±7.74) ng/ml, which were all higher than the control group (P<0.05). Logistic regression results showed that homocysteine and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 were the independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease (P<0.05).ConclusionAs independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease, homocysteine and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 contains certain value for predication of coronary heart disease in diabetes mellitus patients. This method is worthy of promotion and application.
