Continuous invasive intracranial pressure monitoring%Craniocerebral injury
目的:探讨持续有创颅内压监测在颅脑损伤危重患者诊治中的应用效果。方法122例手术治疗的颅脑损伤危重患者,其中61例采用持续有创颅内压监测(试验组),另外61例结合患者表现、体征、影像学等资料采用传统方法评价颅内压(对照组),比较两组的应用效果。结果治疗6个月后,试验组患者格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)(6.96±1.38)分,明显优于对照组(5.17±0.82)分,并且前者预后良好率(65.57%)显著高于后者(47.54%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论持续有创颅内压监测在颅脑损伤危重患者诊治中应用效果显著,利于患者预后康复,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토지속유창로내압감측재로뇌손상위중환자진치중적응용효과。방법122례수술치료적로뇌손상위중환자,기중61례채용지속유창로내압감측(시험조),령외61례결합환자표현、체정、영상학등자료채용전통방법평개로내압(대조조),비교량조적응용효과。결과치료6개월후,시험조환자격랍사가예후평분(GOS)(6.96±1.38)분,명현우우대조조(5.17±0.82)분,병차전자예후량호솔(65.57%)현저고우후자(47.54%),량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론지속유창로내압감측재로뇌손상위중환자진치중응용효과현저,리우환자예후강복,치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo investigate the application of continuous invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in diagnosis and treatment of critical patients with craniocerebral injury.MethodsAmong 122 critical patients with craniocerebral injury under surgical treatment, there were 61 cases receiving continuous invasive intracranial pressure monitoring (experimental group) and another 61 cases received traditional intracranial pressure assessment based on manifestation, signs and imaging data (control group). Application effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter 6 months of treatment, the experimental group had much better Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) as (6.96±1.38) points than (5.17±0.82) points of the control group, and it also had higher good prognosis rate (65.57%) than the control group (47.54%). The differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.01 orP<0.05).ConclusionContinuous invasive intracranial pressure monitoring contains significant application effect in diagnosis and treatment of critical patients with craniocerebral injury. This method is helpful for their prognosis and rehabilitation, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
