目的：探究不同剂量的螺内酯对难治性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法180例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为低剂量治疗组(甲组)和高剂量治疗组(乙组),各90例。分别进行螺内酯20 mg/d和40 mg/d治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能指标。结果所有患者服用螺内酯药物后心功均有所改善,同时乙组患者的心功能指标明显优于甲组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在难治性心力衰竭患者的临床药物治疗中,40 mg/d螺内酯的治疗作用更加明显,更有助于患者心功能的改善,值得临床应用。
목적：탐구불동제량적라내지대난치성심력쇠갈환자심공능적영향。방법180례심력쇠갈환자작위연구대상,장기수궤분위저제량치료조(갑조)화고제량치료조(을조),각90례。분별진행라내지20 mg/d화40 mg/d치료,비교량조환자치료전후적심공능지표。결과소유환자복용라내지약물후심공균유소개선,동시을조환자적심공능지표명현우우갑조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재난치성심력쇠갈환자적림상약물치료중,40 mg/d라내지적치료작용경가명현,경유조우환자심공능적개선,치득림상응용。
Objective To explore influence by different spirolactone doses on cardiac function in refractory heart failure patients.Methods A total of 180 heart failure patients as study subjects were randomly divided into low dose treatment group (group A) and high dose treatment group (group B), with 90 cases in each group. They respectively received 20 mg/d and 40 mg/d of spirolactone for treatment. Cardiac function indications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results All patients had improved cardiac function after spirolactone administration, while the group B had much better cardiac function indications than the group A. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of 40 mg/d of spirolactone provides much obvious effect in clinical drug treatment for refractory heart failure patients, and this method is helpful for their cardiac function improvement. It is worth clinical application.
