文章使用案例研究和文献研究,对变革型领导在国企改革情境下的行为特征进行了探讨和分析,结合现有量表编制了国企变革型领导预试问卷并进行了预测试。181份有效问卷的探索性因子分析显示,国企变革型领导是一个五因素结构,包括个性化关怀、愿景激励、德行垂范、变革创新、领导魅力。在正式量表检验中,通过对364份有效问卷进行的验证性因子分析,验证了国企变革型领导量表(STLQ)的内容结构,证实了变革创新是国企改革情境下变革型领导的一个独特维度,变革型领导在国有企业的经营管理中具有突出的变革创新特征。研究结论完善了变革型领导的内涵,为国有企业选拔、培养高层管理人员提供了借鉴。

Employing case study and literature research,this paper explores and analyzes behavioral characteristics of trans?formational leadership in the context of state-owned enterprises reform. Then,it develops pre-test scale of state-owned enter?prises transformational leadership based on the existing scale. An exploratory factor analysis on the survey data of 181 valid queationnaires indicates that state-owned enterprises transformational leadership is a five-dimension structure,including in?dividual consideration, inspirational motivation, morale modeling, reform and innovation and charisma. Furthermore, it validates the content and structure of state-owned enterprises transformational leadership questionnaire (STLQ) by making a confirmatory factor analysis on the survey data from 364 valid quartionnaires. The results confirm that the reform and innova?tion is an unique dimension of transformational leadership in the context of state-owned enterprises reform. The transforma?tional leadership is of a distinctive feature of reform and innovation during the management of state-owned enterprises. This study improves the connotation of transformational leadership and provides suggestions for selection and training of senior man?agers in state-owned enterprises.
