目的:分析双向评价机制在临床护理教学管理过程中的方法。方法收集实习护理护生100名,分为两组,各50名。对照组护生使用传统带教方法进行带教,观察组护生使用建立双向评价机制的方法进行带教。结果观察组护生的带教效果更好,同时观察组护生对带教老师的满意度评分也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双向评价机制能够更好地帮助护生进行学习,同时护生对带教老师的满意度也更高。

Objective Method for analysis of two-way evaluation mechanism in the Process of clinical nursing teaching management.Methods Collected 100 cases of Practice nursing students, divided into two grouPs, 50 cases in each. The control grouP of nursing of traditional teaching method of teaching the use of nursing students, nursing students using the method of observation grouP to establish two-way evaluation mechanism of teaching.Results The observation grouP of nursing students with teaching effect is better, and the observation grouP of nursing students on teacher satisfaction scores are higher, the difference was significant, (P<0.05). Conclusion Two-way evaluation mechanism can better helP nursing students were learning, at the same time nursing students on teacher's satisfaction is higher.
