目的:探讨应用情景模拟训练提高医院保洁员和护理员的洗手依从性。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷,对我院保洁员和护理员进行洗手依从性调查,根据问卷分析结果设计相应的情景模拟训练方法,对被调查人员进行统一培训,培训结束后1个月,再应用相同的问卷对研究对象进行调查,并比较培训前后洗手依从性情况。结果情景模拟训练后,保洁员和护理员对影响洗手依从性各因素的赞同比例均显著下降(均 P <0.001),标准洗手依从性由8.8%提高到52.2%。结论应用情景模拟训练,能有效提高医院保洁员和护理员的洗手依从性,降低接触传染的机会,从而进一步降低医院感染的发生率。

목적:탐토응용정경모의훈련제고의원보길원화호리원적세수의종성。방법응용자행설계적조사문권,대아원보길원화호리원진행세수의종성조사,근거문권분석결과설계상응적정경모의훈련방법,대피조사인원진행통일배훈,배훈결속후1개월,재응용상동적문권대연구대상진행조사,병비교배훈전후세수의종성정황。결과정경모의훈련후,보길원화호리원대영향세수의종성각인소적찬동비례균현저하강(균 P <0.001),표준세수의종성유8.8%제고도52.2%。결론응용정경모의훈련,능유효제고의원보길원화호리원적세수의종성,강저접촉전염적궤회,종이진일보강저의원감염적발생솔。
Objective To develop an approach intended to improve handwashing compliance of hospital cleaning and nursing staff through scene simulation training.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect information of the status quo of handwashing compliance in the cleaning and nursing staff.A scene simulation training scheme was then developed in light of the results of the survey conducted.The surveyed staff were then trained for one month’ s time according to the scheme.The surveyed staff’ s handwashing compliance before and after training was then compared. Findings The survey indicated that after training the percentage of the staff that ascribed various factors to their not washing-hand behavior decreased significantly (P <0.001).Standardized handwashing compliance in the staff surveyed in terms of percentage increased from 8.8% to 52.2%.Conclusion The training approach as we developed can significantly improve the handwashing compliance of the cleaning and nursing staff, reduce cases of infection through body contact, and thus reduce the incidence of contagious diseases within the hospital.
