调研发现目前尾管悬挂工艺完井后的声幅测井一次成功率较低,测声幅遇阻现象较为普遍,不仅增加了完井时间,还会因后期通井影响固井质量,给生产带来被动局面。通过深刻分析造成遇阻的原因,优化尾管悬挂施工工艺以及水泥浆体系的优选等措施,实现成功固井提高声幅测井一次成功率的目的。

The survey finds the success rate of the acoustic amplitude logging is low after well completion using present liner hanging construction technology,and the phenomenon of measured amplitude blocking is widespread,which not only increases the completion time,but also affects the cementing quality during the later drifting. It brings passive impact in the production. Through deep analysis of the causes of blocking along with optimized measures,such as improving liner hanging construction technology and cement slurry system,the successful cementing and enhancing the success rate of acoustic amplitude logging are bound to be achieved.
