针对地方高校制药工程专业《药物合成反应》课程当前的教学现状,主要通过提炼教学内容、重视单元反应机理的教学方法,提高教学效果。使学生在理解基本有机单元反应原理的基础上,初步具备综合运用有机反应原理进行药物合成的理论水平及创新能力。
針對地方高校製藥工程專業《藥物閤成反應》課程噹前的教學現狀,主要通過提煉教學內容、重視單元反應機理的教學方法,提高教學效果。使學生在理解基本有機單元反應原理的基礎上,初步具備綜閤運用有機反應原理進行藥物閤成的理論水平及創新能力。

In view of the present teaching situation of drug synthetic reactions course for pharmaceutical engineering specialty in local colleges , the teaching effect can be improved mainly through using the method of refining teaching contents and emphasizing elementary reaction mechanism .Based on understanding the principle of basic organic elementary reaction , college students will initially have the theoretical level of comprehensive application of organic reaction principle for drug synthesis and creative ability .
