目的:了解NLRP3炎症体在小鼠牙髓组织中的表达情况。方法:将40只C57 BL/6J小鼠随机分为对照组及开髓6、12、24 h组(n=10),开髓组(牙髓炎模型组)采用单纯髓腔开放法建立小鼠急性牙髓炎模型,并在相应时间点处死小鼠后取材,常规组织学处理后,HE 染色观察牙髓炎症状况,免疫组化染色检测NLRP3在小鼠正常和炎性牙髓组织中的表达及定位。结果:HE染色观察见牙髓炎模型组小鼠牙髓呈现急性炎性反应。免疫组化染色发现,小鼠正常牙髓组织NLRP3仅表达在成牙本质细胞;而在炎性牙髓组织NLRP3在成牙本质细胞和牙髓成纤维细胞均呈阳性表达。结论:NLRP3在小鼠牙髓组织中表达并可能在急性牙髓炎的发生发展中起重要作用。

목적:료해NLRP3염증체재소서아수조직중적표체정황。방법:장40지C57 BL/6J소서수궤분위대조조급개수6、12、24 h조(n=10),개수조(아수염모형조)채용단순수강개방법건립소서급성아수염모형,병재상응시간점처사소서후취재,상규조직학처리후,HE 염색관찰아수염증상황,면역조화염색검측NLRP3재소서정상화염성아수조직중적표체급정위。결과:HE염색관찰견아수염모형조소서아수정현급성염성반응。면역조화염색발현,소서정상아수조직NLRP3부표체재성아본질세포;이재염성아수조직NLRP3재성아본질세포화아수성섬유세포균정양성표체。결론:NLRP3재소서아수조직중표체병가능재급성아수염적발생발전중기중요작용。
AIM:To investigate the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome in dental pulp tissues of experimen-tal acute pulpitis in mice.METHODS:40C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 4groups(n=10).The mice in control group received no treatment .The dental pulps of the mice in other 3 groups were exposed for 6,12 and 24 h, respectively.At different time points,the animals were sacrificed and pulp tissues were examined by HE staining.NL-RP3 expression was observed by immunohistochemical staining .RESULTS:HE staining revealed acute inflammation in the pulp of experimental mice.NLRP3 was detected in the cytoplasm of odontoblasts in normal dental pulps.In the inflammatory pulp tissues,both odontoblasts and fibroblasts expressed NLRP3.CONCLUSION:NLRP3 is expressed in the normal and inflammatory pulp tissues,and possibly plays an important role in the development of pulpitis.
